Doing the right thing
Our lettings service is about getting the simple things right.
We work primarily with experienced landlords who want us to keep their properties full and well maintained, and to maximise returns over time.
At Keybanks we tailor our service to suit landlords who are somewhere else weather that be business or pleasure, where we’re dealing with everything and sending them emails when they need information - even if they’re too busy enjoying themselves to read them!
We have a team of highly experienced property managers (managing hundreds of properties every month) who will look after your property on your behalf, sorting out any problems that tenants may have, ensuring the financials stay on track and leaving you to get on with enjoying yourself!
Finding good quality tenants is what we do best!
Our aim is to only let properties that we’d be prepared to live in ourselves – and only to tenants that we’d have in our own homes!
We have a vast mailing list of potential applicants, and company tenants and relocation agents look to us because we have local knowledge, and know the local area inside and out.
