24 Hour Emergency Contact Number given to all tenants
Rent Collection & Transfer to landlords account each month minus our management fee
Detailed Monthly Invoices & Statements
Regular 3, 6 & 12 month inspections of the property
All communication with the tenant, in regard to; maintenance, repairs, emergencies, rent problems, complaints etc.
Arranging maintenance and work to do with the property, then deducting the costs from the monthly rent, only after receiving the owner’s permission
Attending to emergency callouts; whatever the matter.
Contacting both parties; landlord and tenant, to confirm whether or not a new tenancy agreement will be signed.
Contacting the guarantor to confirm whether or not they are happy to continue acting as guarantor
Renewal of tenancy agreements and other paperwork if necessary
Moving the tenant out
Take outgoing meter readings, make aware the utility companies that the property is now vacant.
Re-marketing of the property.
